Not satisfied w/ th cleanliness of the room.. Linens looks like it is already used.. Cabinets tables are very old :( the hotel staff wants me to pay the amount, I didnt get here at Booked.net, she said its an old rate.. Which is impossible since I just booked 3-5 days before my stay..

I liked the stay at the hotel because of the amenities and the convenience. There is always a ride for you because it's close to the main road. Robinson's Mall is just a 5 minute ride away with Laoag City being equally the same the opposite way. We vacationed in the summer so the air condition was a very big help. It can get to you if you don't like the heat. The staff was also very helpful and very friendly, but at the same time professional and respectful. One thing I want to mention. If you're not used to showering in cold water, you have to request for at least the family room. Hot water is actually an amenity for a lot of the hotels there in the Philippines. My friend told me before I booked. Otherwise, I will always remember Northview because it was where I first met my wife. I just want to say hats off to Northview Hotel and their most warm and friendly staff. It just made it that much more harder to leave. We both enjoyed our stay. We will return again someday....

what i liked best in the room that we stayed is that the signal for the wi-fi is strong so i can surf the net with ease. The staff is courteous. if you are on a budget then i suggest you go to this place.
what i don't like about my stay here is that their free breakfast didn't cover for the five of us. when i booked here, it says triple room has free breakfast for everyone but when at the hotel i was told that i had to pay for the breakfast of the kid with us as they only accommodate two free breakfast per room. the breakfast itself is not good. i had to clear our table because there are no clean tables for us to sit and we have wait for the staff to refill their buffet table and ask for spoon or juice or hot water. the room where we stayed had big spiders crawling the walls.
